About the Role:
Are you a driven professional with a passion for helping people secure what matters most? Join our team as a Commission-Based Insurance Agent, specializing in Home, Auto, Pet, and other insurance products, and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely with unlimited earning potential.

In this role, you’ll educate clients on a variety of insurance products, tailor coverage options to meet their needs, and build lasting relationships—all while growing your income through a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing.
Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs for home, auto, pet, or other areas of protection.
Product Recommendations: Present personalized insurance solutions to clients, explaining coverage options, benefits, and premiums.
Policy Management: Assist clients with applications, renewals, policy changes, and claims support.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with clients through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and maximize commissions.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with home, auto, and pet insurance products is a plus.
Proficient in managing leads and maintaining client databases.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.
